Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.
We may offer free trial periods at our discretion. At the end of a free trial, your account will be converted to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period expires.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI FireLab and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. In case of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.
Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately cease. We may delete your account data within 90 days of termination, subject to our data retention obligations. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@aifirelab.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI FireLab concerning the use of the Platform.
